Shirley Mills was a kind-hearted and devoted mother of six from Baltimore, MD who in her younger days enjoyed playing cards with friends, going to bingo, dancing, shopping at the farmers market, and attending church until she suffered her first stroke. Due to her disabilities, she wasn't able to enjoy traveling on her own therefore; her youngest daughter Robin opened an assisted living facility. In 2022 Shirleys Caring Heart was formed in her memory by her grand daughter to provided place in the community for seniors to do all the things Shirley loved to do and more. While adding the medical component so no senior will feel disabled again.
